For the Christmas holidays David is hoping to cook a lot. This is great news for me and I will do everything I can to encourage this wonderful endeavour.
For his first challenge I have chosen saffron. Our friend recently went to India and brought us back enough saffron to last us for a lifetime. We haven't cooked with it yet, so this is the perfect opportunity to showcase what it can do!
